I used them to move from an apartment to another apartment a few miles away, and also their storage for a few days in between since there wasn't any overlap between my leases. They are one of my top choices largely because Sandy, the location manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is patient, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. It is also crystal clear that she knows this business and facility extremely well and maintains an efficient, clean, and light hearted facility. “It is located on the side opposite the storage facility—one of several companies in a row, specifically the one on the left. The parking area is awkward for maneuvering and turning around due to the number of trucks present. They unloaded the cargo quickly, but spent a considerable amount of time verifying whether or not the shipment actually belonged to them based on the delivery address.”
“Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.
Very clean, and they have bathrooms! This Storage Facility, really solved a big problem.”

They're fairly priced and the difference between this public storage in Lindstrom storage is really night and day. Public storage 5 stars I'd give them more but I can't”

Al went above and beyond to make sure my property was protected throughout the entire process. During delivery, he was incredibly careful to avoid the tree limbs in my yard and took extra precautions to ensure there wasn’t a single mark left on my driveway. It was obvious that he truly cared about treating my home with the same respect he would his own.
One thing that really stood out was how understanding and accommodating Al was regarding my HOA. They can be extremely difficult to work with, and I was worried about potential issues. After explaining my situation, Al made it a priority to position the POD carefully and follow every precaution possible to help me avoid any problems. That level of customer service and genuine concern is hard to find these days.
Moving and storing your belongings can be stressful, but Al made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail exceeded my expectations.
