“I had a fantastic experience here! I originally bought a water filter at Lowe's, but they didn’t even carry the replacement O-ring for the unit they sold me. I stopped into LeVahn Brothers, and an incredibly helpful employee took me straight to the right section. He perfectly matched my O-ring and even applied silicone grease to make sure it fit smoothly. The part worked perfectly! This isn't my first positive experience here. No matter how much you spend, the staff always treats you with total respect and shares their incredible knowledge. “I bought the EGO SNT2416 snow blower from Ace Hardware, and the experience was outstanding. The delivery driver waited for me when I was running a few minutes late and rolled a fully assembled snow blower right off the truck. He brought it into my garage and even walked me through how everything works — personal tutorial was fantastic! Ace Hardware in Excelsior went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!”

“I had a larger casement window installed and my contractors supplier was Hamel True Value Building Center. The window was installed correctly but during the cold spell last Winter an issue with the window performance occurred and a warranty claim was initiated by me.
Steve Theiste, the salesman worked with my contractor, window supplier, and me to resolve the issue and it was determined a new window would result. Steve had to keep up with me and all of the back and forth, and he ordered a new window. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience as we worked through the warranty and recommend his expertise to anyone looking for new windows.”

“Friendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it's a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It's just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it's probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won't walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards. “I did an online sale of a new water heater from the Plymouth Minnesota store. The water heater was ready for us when we arrived. A young gentleman named Michael brought our water heater out. He was so helpful loading the water heater. We had to remove the grandson's car seat and he even helped us get that removed. Thank you Michael for your great service!”
“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”
