He was a calming presence and was able to answer my questions quickly. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! He definitely goes above and beyond and nowadays people are not given this appreciation and acknowledgement. I hope management really gives their employees this positive feedback!! He deserves it!! “I want to share a great experience I had today, it’s the least I could do. I came in to pick up an order today and things went so smooth! I have picked up Oder before and normally end up waiting for some time before someone can locate my order. Today, things were different! Upon arrival I was greeted by the most courteous gentleman, Tyrone. Greeted with a huge smile and he looked up my order and told me it would take a few mins for someone to bring up to the front. He was very kind and within minutes my order was in front and Tyrone even helped bring to my car! These days customer service seems to be mediocre, so when we experience someone go above and beyond they should be recognized; thank you, Tyrone.”

If they don't stock it they order it and this is really remarkable service that we have never received from the big box stores. Its so refreshing to walk into a store where you are greeted often by name and offered assistance by any of the associates.”
