βBoth Kevin and Brad have continuously gone out of their way to ensure we are well equipped with whatever our needs are from our local hardware store. If they don't stock it they order it and this is really remarkable service that we have never received from the big box stores. Its so refreshing to walk into a store where you are greeted often by name and offered assistance by any of the associates.β
βWalked in with a nondescript faucet part I needed to replace, after another store didnβt have it. The guy at the counter knew the brand and part right away and then suggested an additional part I might need, which ended up being the case. Love these smaller shops with experts who can get it right for you the first time!β

βExcellent local hardware store! I needed a bulb to replace my microwave light and the cashier directed me to the correct aisle. When I got to the aisle, another employee was ready to help me find exactly the right size and style within seconds! Very nice and attentive staff! Definitely will return for more hardware and household needs!β

βI had a larger casement window installed and my contractors supplier was Hamel True Value Building Center. The window was installed correctly but during the cold spell last Winter an issue with the window performance occurred and a warranty claim was initiated by me.
Steve Theiste, the salesman worked with my contractor, window supplier, and me to resolve the issue and it was determined a new window would result. Steve had to keep up with me and all of the back and forth, and he ordered a new window. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience as we worked through the warranty and recommend his expertise to anyone looking for new windows.β
βNice home Ace. I used just about every home Ace in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Ace for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. βVery helpful staff. They go out of the way to help customers. I needed yards of straw blankets. They were out, but staff promised they'd be in next week on a day specified.β
βI am trying to only refinish top of dresser. I brought in the drawer and this guy was super helpful and matching the stain and also giving me tips. Think the guys name was Eric. I was super impressed with customer service.β

βI returned an air compressor (purchased online-still under warranty) due to a small leak. The mechanic at the Minnetonka store looked at it right away and was able to make a repair........as I waited! The mechanic and all other staff were super friendly and helpful. I did not have to make a return trip. Thank you!!β
βPopco has been a tremendous partner for my company. They have went out of their way to meet the demands of one of my client's aggresive schedules. We have been using them as a vendor for years. βWe just moved to the area, and needed some stuff for the new house. We've been to this location now over eight times in the last 2 months. We purchased potting soil, peanuts, some clearance items and some materials for the work that I do. One of the things that I love about this location is that everyone goes out of their way to make sure that customers are greeted, and people in the aisles are getting approached and just asking if we need any help. As we're new to the area and also shopping at Ace, the staff have been more than wonderful in leading us to the right areas of the store to purchase the stuff that we need.Can't say enough about the store, the location how clean the store was and how they basically carry everything that you possibly would need for your house.Thank you.β

He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. βFriendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it's a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It's just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it's probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won't walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards. Im pretty sure I come out ahead and can rely on the advice of the people. Great experience guys!β
