“Ibrahim and Will are two employees that I interacted with this week at Eden Prairie Home Depot. Will cut blinds for me and was very prompt, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. He had a real friendly demeanor. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. Then I went to the self checkout and had more great service. Ibrahim rang me up at the self checkout, and did it all for me! Then he put the three bags of salt that I purchased in my cart. I was floored!! I’ve not had such cordial service like this for a long time! Thanks, guys!! Hope you get a raise! Home Depot is lucky to have you both.”
“It's a home improvement store, so what can I really say? Just like all others of its ilk, they have virtually every standard home improvement product you could want. And just like all other big home improvement stores, the staff generally range from unhelpful to downright wrong in their advice (but at least they give it confidently and with a smile?).
They decorate for Christmas before Halloween is even here, so that's either plus a couple stars or negative a couple stars depending on who you are. Ho ho ho.”

“Dan helped me when I was so stressed and overwhelmed. I am not a person that likes to go in a hardware store especially when I have other places to be!! He was a calming presence and was able to answer my questions quickly. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! He definitely goes above and beyond and nowadays people are not given this appreciation and acknowledgement. I hope management really gives their employees this positive feedback!! He deserves it!!
