“I am so thankful to have Hartley Woodward in the area. Brook has helped me with everything from breeches and fit my long legs to saddle fitting on a variety of horses for dressage and jumping. She’s been patient over the years with multiple horses. Shes helped me with tack needs as the young horses and I change over time. And finally, she keeps us all dressed appropriately for the ever changing weather. I can’t thank her enough for sharing the benefit of her experience with me over the years.”

“I very much appreciate having this store so close to our home and the Plymouth Ice Center, where my kids and I skate. I like the point system from purchases, their Wiggle hat selection, the plethora of sticks and gear, lots of apparel, and free sharpening for a year with the purchase of skates. When the year expired in my daughter's last pair of skates, we opted to purchase sharpening for another year for around $65-70 (don't recall exactly) which is a very good deal for someone who plays hockey year round. We also purchased the same deal for my son's skates, who plays hockey most of the year. The service is personable and never pushy. It's an awesome store and I am sure us locals are thrilled to have it nearby.”
“I've been a long time customer of REI and have never been let down. I went to the Maple Grove location today and the entire team went above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Lynn helped my daughter find the perfect trail runners after months of searching. Blake was endlessly patient with my bike questions and service requests. Eddie absolutely crushed fitting my daughter with a real multi-day backpack. She can be tricky to please and he was dedicated to finding her the perfect pack. It was an amazing day for the whole team!”

“Well, everyone, it honestly doesn't get better than the shopping experience I had today. My girlfriend gave me the ABC pants, and I had them hemmed. Once I got them, I tried them on for work for the first time today, and my worries that I had while waiting for them came true. I wore my pants a bit too high while they were getting hemmed. So, I actually went straight to Lululemon after work and also bought myself a black version. But I asked if it was possible for them to hem the pants I was wearing. I'll admit, I didn't think much of it, but afterwards, that's a pretty weird request! And it adds more for the staff to do! So I bought some joggers as well to walk out of the store with. So now I'm getting two pants hemmed! And guess what? The staff dealt with all my questions (I had a lot) , dealt with the weird request to even hem the pants I was wearing, and let me walk out wearing my bought joggers! I wish I remembered everyone's name, but this experience has made me a lifetime Lululemon customer. Thank you! P.S. These ABC Pants are life-changing!”

“I have been an avid cyclist for about 10 years but recently experienced some sensitive chafing issues. I made an appointment for a bike fit and was worried that the nature of the issue would make it awkward to discuss.
Not so at all. Danny was incredibly matter of fact and professional and spent the hour making adjustments to be sure that I would be comfortable going forward.
I felt heard which does not always happen as a woman in a bike shop.
It was a great experience and I will recommend Gear West and specifically Danny's bike fit to my cycling friends.”
