“A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.

They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.

“This is my fourth Mitsubishi and couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. After hitting a deer and totaling my 2014 Outlander I went online and looked over their inventory. After finding one I thought would be a good fit, I contacted Wanda, the online sales representative. After test driving it I decided to test drive a newer Outlander and bought that one instead. When I got it home, I had a bit of trepidation because I just felt it was a bit too much car for me. I contacted Wanda again and told her that I would like to purchase the original car, but didn’t know if that was possible. She went right to work and contacted the lender and worked with Sarah their finance person to get it all switched around, with no added fees or penalties!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone! Brian was great as well, no pressure, knowledgeable about the two vehicles I was looking at possibly purchasing.”

“We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. Even with a big storm that knocked out their power for some hours, they got it all done, and done well. We feel so much better now taking our preferred vehicle on this trip. “Metric service is top-notch and so much more affordable than the Volkswagen dealership! I've gone to Metric for everything from quick, affordable oil changes to check-engine light evaluation and engine repair. I have brought our Volkswagen Passat, VW Atlas, and a vintage BMW to Metric. The shop is clean and they explain work that need to be done clearly and professionally. Going to the dealership is great when your vehicle is covered under the warranty but for anything after that expires, go to Metric!”
