“I recently added couple of lines to my account while I was on vacation and Tmobile store in NC messed up my whole plan and bills (changed my bill to $600 a month)
I called Tmobile customer service waited on hold for almost 1:30 hrs and no help,
when i took the issue to Tmobile mankato team,
Mankato store rep and the store manager took lead on the issue, and fixed the issue in 2 days.
They were very helpful and the store manager gave his direct contact throughout the process. Followed up and fixed the issue.”
“My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not.
Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. I appreciated your help and you are a good guy! ?”
“I live in Mankato I moved here 2 years ago I'm so glad I did I went into spectrum today to get my bill paid when I realized that I needed a new phone because mines is cracked and broken I knew they had a promotion going on so I asked about what can I get a new phone for the rap named Ashmile .
