“After blowing a speaker in my 2 year old jeep I called up Sweet Sounds thinking all I needed was a new set of speakers. I didn’t really know what I was walking into. From the first phone call to the very end everyone was so friendly and helpful paying attention to what was important to me… I don’t want something I have to mess with or taking up space that I have to move, but I wanted it to sound good and could put up with my bs! When Nathan was showing me subs I said I don’t need that. Turns out I was wrong. He found me the neatest sub, everything is neatly tucked away and out of sight. The sound is fantastic and it turns out it is everything I never knew I needed in my life. And if you’re going for a “midlife crisis 😉” upgrade you might as well go for it all and tint the windows too. They were so accommodating and working that into my appointment. My beautiful car looks and sounds even more beautiful. Jeff took the time to go over everything with me before I left which was so awesome!! It was such a fun experience and I am so happy with it! Great staff, great business!

“I went in to upgrade my phone today. I had always gone to the other location on Madison Ave. I highly recommend this location instead of the Madison Ave location. Tyler helped me today and he was fantastic! He checked different options to get me the best deal. Explained what he was doing, helped me set up my new phone and made sure everything was switched over to my liking. When finished, he let me know if I needed anything else, to please come back and they would be happy to help. The other employees were very friendly and struck up conversations with me when Tyler was working on things for me. I felt very welcomed and will certainly be doing my business here going forward.”

“Got my door speakers replaced by them but the speakers came from the manufacturer defective (not their fault) . It was hard to recreate the issues i was having with the speakers when I scheduled an appointment with them since the issue was intermittent. I figured maybe it would be fine, so I waited to see if the problem persisted (it did). When I schedule another appointment I came prepared with videos to show them what I was talking about but they didn't even need to see them, they believed me and replaced the speakers. Great customer service, I appreciate them not giving me the runaround and trusting me. Makes me trust them, and In turn i will be back, and will send my friends their way! Thanks for standing by your products RR. ❤”
“Nice folks, they have to pick pallets so the load is a little bit slow, other than that they are very kind people yl who have a bathroom that they let truckers use. No cat box for the drivers!”

Ended up buying the monitor, keyboard and BB total for peace of mind in case of oled burn in. service was excellent from being greeted at the door to being walked to where the items are to demo and purchase and getting it loaded to the car. very good buying experience”

“My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not.
Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. I appreciated your help and you are a good guy! ?”
