“After blowing a speaker in my 2 year old jeep I called up Sweet Sounds thinking all I needed was a new set of speakers. I didn’t really know what I was walking into. From the first phone call to the very end everyone was so friendly and helpful paying attention to what was important to me… I don’t want something I have to mess with or taking up space that I have to move, but I wanted it to sound good and could put up with my bs! When Nathan was showing me subs I said I don’t need that. Turns out I was wrong. He found me the neatest sub, everything is neatly tucked away and out of sight. The sound is fantastic and it turns out it is everything I never knew I needed in my life. And if you’re going for a “midlife crisis 😉” upgrade you might as well go for it all and tint the windows too. They were so accommodating and working that into my appointment. My beautiful car looks and sounds even more beautiful. Jeff took the time to go over everything with me before I left which was so awesome!! It was such a fun experience and I am so happy with it! Great staff, great business! Shar!!”

“Got my door speakers replaced by them but the speakers came from the manufacturer defective (not their fault) . It was hard to recreate the issues i was having with the speakers when I scheduled an appointment with them since the issue was intermittent. I figured maybe it would be fine, so I waited to see if the problem persisted (it did). When I schedule another appointment I came prepared with videos to show them what I was talking about but they didn't even need to see them, they believed me and replaced the speakers. Great customer service, I appreciate them not giving me the runaround and trusting me. Makes me trust them, and In turn i will be back, and will send my friends their way! Thanks for standing by your products RR. ❤”

“Nice folks, they have to pick pallets so the load is a little bit slow, other than that they are very kind people yl who have a bathroom that they let truckers use. No cat box for the drivers!”

“Great store. Management is very friendly and helpful, employees do a good job. Geek squad here is really good too. They have done a wonderful job fixing my old laptop and helping me set up my new one. Recommended. Maybe not every situation is a guaranteed fix, but these guys really care and try and do everything they can. My experience, for the last couple years, leadership and team have even gone above and beyond. Also bought a tv here a year ago, management was so good to me during that process. Very grateful for this store location.”

“Great target location in Mankato. Honestly don’t expect much from a small town like Mankato but it has everything a Target in Minneapolis would have. There is a Starbucks inside too which is nice. Not usually crowded and the staff is helpful.”

“To the young gentleman working the pharmacy counter at 5:30p today at the CVS on Madison Avenue in Mankato, MN please know your actions didn’t go unnoticed and I SEE YOU! I reported you to management and told them that your employee was one heck of a person and as an HR professional he’s the type I want on my team! You had me crying in my car as your actions literally gave me a light of hope and reminded me of our true purpose. ?? As I was picking out my vitamins I witnessed everything. You guided a blind and developmentally disabled man through his new med list with such kindness and compassion as he explained to you he was just discharged from the hospital. When he realized that his cab left him he asked you for help crossing the busy intersection on Madison Avenue, so he could get home safely. You basically jumped over the counter took action swiftly, graciously and didn’t hesitate one bit. Thank you for being a good human! ?”

“My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not. Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. I appreciated your help and you are a good guy! ?”
