“I went in to upgrade my phone today. I had always gone to the other location on Madison Ave. I highly recommend this location instead of the Madison Ave location. Tyler helped me today and he was fantastic! He checked different options to get me the best deal. Explained what he was doing, helped me set up my new phone and made sure everything was switched over to my liking. When finished, he let me know if I needed anything else, to please come back and they would be happy to help. The other employees were very friendly and struck up conversations with me when Tyler was working on things for me. I felt very welcomed and will certainly be doing my business here going forward.”

Ended up buying the monitor, keyboard and BB total for peace of mind in case of oled burn in. service was excellent from being greeted at the door to being walked to where the items are to demo and purchase and getting it loaded to the car. very good buying experience”

“Was told I had to have there stupid insurance and buy extra stuff or I couldn't get a phone. They advertise free phone I understand the service n a fee to set it up but how can a free phone cost me $250 I asked to speak to there boss and was told to get out. I don't know there name as they didn't have any tags”

“My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not.
Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. I appreciated your help and you are a good guy! ?”
