“I spend a chunk of my time in Syracuse and a bigger chunk here. They closed the only Sam's Club in Syracuse and I miss it. The staff at Mankato's Sams is welcoming and helpful! I also belong to Costco but you need to drive to Rochester or the Cities which is rather inconvenient. There are items which are better at Sam's and items that are better at Costco.”

Stephen helped with the trade-in of an old phone. I am admittedly not tech savvy in the least but Stephen was patient and explained the process thoroughly to me. The manager at the front, I did not get his name, was also helpful. The service I received today is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!”

“The waiting process sucks! I hate going to the store because there is no organized waiting line process, and it takes forever to either be greeted, acknowledged, and helped. I entered the store, and I was not greeted by anyone to acknowledge me or that someone would be right with me. So, I just assumed I would be helped eventually, as I looked at products, and then just stood there looking like a weirdo for nearly 20min. Then, more people started coming in, as I was hoping they wouldn't forget I was the first one in line. There was no process for line placement. But once someone was finally freed up, the store rep didn't rep was like, "You were first right?" He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fortunately for this, I wasn't as annoyed anymore. So, please figure out a better waiting process if, when entering, all the reps are busy with other customers instead of leaving it up to the customer to guess.”
