“My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.”

I don't know about those other planet's solid citizens, but here on earth, you're going to need batteries. They have batteries for every thing you own or hope to buy, someday. They sell everything, from minii flashlights, to car fobs. Did you say you want to know about the people behind the counter? Well, let me tell you, I'm a senior citizen( don't ask my age, but I remember tv 's with knobs and rabbit ears, were the THING to have in your living room. Every age and everybody is welcome and treated with respect, patience and kindness. Jason, Angelo and all the other young folks MAKE SURE that you know what you need, and even don't need quite yet, and that's what keeps your trust. My cell phone was getting fatter and fatter, like a sandwich, and I suspected that I might have an early Fourth of July fireworks display, sometime soon. KABOOM! Who needs that, when you're on a blind date and Handsome got permission to leave the nursing home, for a romantic dinner ( the early bird special, from 3-5). Risk having my phone explode over the bowl of chicken soup? Well, I couldn't have that, and neither should you risk an explosion , ride around with a near to dead car battery, and a flashlight that doesn't work.. I'm just saying, please keep yourself and your family safe. Keep your batteries working, and even keep some extras on hand. Go see my friends at Batteries Plus. They're honest, great prices, lots of parking, and they don't mind coming outside to look at your car to make sure you're purchasing the right item. They don't pressure you at all. They just want to make sure you get THE RIGHT battery. Have a wonderful safe summer everybody, and remember, it's better to have some extra batteries and not need them, than to need them and not have them. Now go have fun...!”

Explained every step and options clearly. He even helped me locate my weird fuse box location and figured out how to open it. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining.”

“Went in here for a battery and windshield replacement and Vinny/his pals were very friendly. Even though it was snowing, he and the crew helped out and went the extra mile.
I will say though that depending on the person you’re talking to it can affect your experience. The first person I asked told me he couldn’t replace my battery today but only my wiper, while the other tall gentleman and Vinny were very helpful and replaced my battery. I don’t blame him since it was snowing but very commendable from the other two.”
“The customer service here is great and the staffs are super knowledgeable and helpful. I was outside trying to figure out how to install my wiper blades and couldn't for the longest. One of the staffs was outside during his break and saw that I needed help and came to help me immediately. He installed both of my wiper blades.
Definitely good people here that are happy to help.”
“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”

“I went in to get a low beam replaced and the manager Adolphis was SOOOOO kind! Replaced the bulb for me in minutes. Showed me where my air filter was and cabin filter. Also cashier that helped me was very kid also. Thank you for having exceptional service!”

“Awesome experience, came in and needed help finding parts for wiper nozzles, and they brought us right to what we needed to replace them, told us how to do it ourselves and helped us find the tool to pop the tabs off the hood to get to them to replace them. Will definitely be back when I have other things I need help fixing. ??”
