“My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.”
“My Range Rover fob went through the wash. I took it in to Batteries Plus on the outside chance that it messed up the battery but I was not optimistic. Associate took it apart, cleaned it up with some contact cleaner and compressed air, put it all back together and bingo, I had functioning fob. They also take back batteries, and on a previous visit the associate helped me carry in a couple car batteries I was recycling. Great service!”

Explained every step and options clearly. He even helped me locate my weird fuse box location and figured out how to open it. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining.”
“The customer service here is great and the staffs are super knowledgeable and helpful. I was outside trying to figure out how to install my wiper blades and couldn't for the longest. One of the staffs was outside during his break and saw that I needed help and came to help me immediately. He installed both of my wiper blades.

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! “Hands Down the Greatest Experience I’ve ever had at a parts store! I walked in and was greeted with the biggest beautiful smile! Lisa is like a ray of sunshine! I always hated going into a parts store but not no more! Lisa asked me how she could help me, I told her I needed a number of different things from wiper blades, motor oil, my car was making a bunch of noises and I had a headlight out. I gave her my license plate number and away she went! She had gathered all my items checked me out and away she went. After installing my new wiper blades, head lights and fluids. She asked me to start my car, and she made sure all the lights worked, wipers worked, she noticed my tire was low and helped me get that I was good to go! Absolutely wonderful young lady! Thank you Lisa!”
