I mentioned possibly upgrading phones in the near future and she gave me solid recommendations on different iPhones. “My laptop had a broken hinge and Geek Squad wouldn't handle it. These guys fixed it! The two people I talked two were very professional and easy to talk to, and they communicated well about what needed to be done and what extra work and charges could possibly be required (though in the end they weren't). The cost was less than half the price of a new laptop - not to mention saving me the trouble of setting up a new one. It took a couple of days, but it was worth it.”

“The Maplewood store is really great. I had a problem with an ink cartridge that was defective when I went to use it. The manager was very cooperative when I explained and showed him the issue on the casing. I have gone to this store for years and made many purchases. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. It is always very neat and clean.”
