“I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge on product/application and pricing and I got a, " No not a good idea", to confirm he knew what he was talking about. I tried getting a contractor discount and I was told everyone gets the same price and he had a complete list of qualified installers and even someone who prep the concrete. I will apply my own epoxy, but the concrete sanding/prep is tempting.”

“Bought some paint using a paint deck to choose the color. Bought 5 gallons. Got the paint home and it was not even close to what we wanted. Went back to the store and they have a no return policy. I respect that but felt like the paint color we chose vs the paint color we got was so far off that i did not want to eat the price of the very expensive paint. The manager Bryan worked with us for a solution that we both could live with. I really appreciate his willingness to help us out. We donated the 5 gallons of paint and was able to get the color we wanted. Lesson here is always ALWAYS spend the extra few dollars and get a sample of the paint you are thinking of using. Thank you Bryan and Sherwin Williams, we will be returning customers for all of our paint needs.”
