Very great experience here. Ben was wonderful to work with. Communication was good and I had no problems putting down my deposit or scheduling my test drive and signing. They even replaced some parts their techs recommended during inspection at no added cost. Would definitely buy here again.

I purchased a fiat from Schmelz and had an incredible experience with both their sales and service teams. They were kind, honest, and great to work with! Would love to work with them again the future!

A careful repair was made to replace a failed part. From a user community, I knew such a failure was possible (although more likely in earlier model years), and the effort to repair was to be extensive. Schmelz provided parts and labor at a reasonable cost and in a timely fashion.
