We took our new puppy here during the pandemic and they did everything they could to make it a good experience with curbside service. All the techs LOVED our puppy and it was awesome to hear them gush about how good he was and how they can't wait to see him again. The vets that we talked to were all knowledgeable, professional, and always answered any questions we had about our puppy. They always let us know exactly what they are going to do that day. The price for all services was reasonable as well. Definitely going to make this our regular vet!

I signed up for the monthly wellness plan. I were super disappointed that it took FOUR weeks for me to see my cats dental x-ray pictures. Also, when doing the dental cleaning and there's more work to be done. Email the customer the bill right away and then explain to them over the phone what's going on. When you call me and told me it's going to cost $600 to pull a cat side tooth. That's more than a human tooth being pulled. I should have been able to see the bill right away and why it cost so much. I shouldn't be left with the choice of pay $800 today for teeth pulling and x-rays or come back later and pay $1,200. I denied to pull the tooth that day because I wanted to see the bill and the x-rays. I'll come back and do other services.”
