I was instantly greeted 3x and one gentleman even offered to assist me with everything since he saw I was in a sling.He gathered everything I needed and even brought it to the front for me. Some items were out of stock and they got them ordered and even shipped to the store closest to me!!Then took everything to the back once paid and him and Sierra helped me load everything into my pickup!AMAZING customer service!”

We contacted the manager and they made it right. We were mistakenly given the wrong stack of chairs. They do clean their chairs after events. They were sincerely apologetic and discounted our order for the inconvenience. A+ for customer service when you do run into a problem. Thank you for making this right Ace.

We rented 12 tables and 96 chairs for our son & nephews graduation. Our total was almost 300.00 for 48hrs. For that money we received chairs that were filthy. Cake.. BBQ sauce.. and tons of other food and dirt debris. Almost every chair had to be scrubbed as we set them out. Scrubbed.. the seat and backs. The chairs were also rusty and most were missing the leg protectors that prevent them from sinking into the ground or marking up the floor. I’m leaving this review so you know what you get for 300.00! A lot of extra work.. stress.. and a below average product.”
