Called ahead, thankfully they had a replacement one in stock and had the time to work me in immediately after the techs got back from lunch. “I went in with a broken AC and though they couldn’t fix it, they gave me a discount for their time (they very thoroughly checked). a lot of car mechanics have ripped me off before or spoken to me in a condescending way before as a woman and i did not feel that AT ALL here. i would definitely recommend! very professional, efficient, and accommodating.”
