“I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it.
I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. Her name is JYNAH LASH. I was here for over two hours and she was an incredible incredible lady. I could not get over the difference in my two credit unions. The other one was much less accepting and friendly. I am so blown away. I’ve been telling everybody about Genesis since I came Thursday! I have some brain difficulties and she accepted them and just worked with me like I was a normal person! The manager had introduced himself and he too was nice. MARINA was the first one to help me and she was a sweetheart too

“I recently received a text alert from the bank notifying me of suspected unauthorized charges on my account. I confirmed via text that the charges were not mine, and my account was immediately frozen until I could come into the bank to receive a new card.
When I walked through the doors, I was pleasantly surprised to run into my favorite banker, Pragyan Patnaik. I hadn’t seen her in months since I typically handle most of my banking online. As always, she greeted me with the biggest smile and, incredibly, remembered every personal detail about me from our previous conversations.
The last time I was in the bank, she went above and beyond to help me — and this visit was no different. She was so warm and welcoming that I even asked her if I could give her a hug. While she efficiently handled my account concerns, we chatted, and I was truly blown away that she remembered everything we had talked about before and showed such genuine concern for my well-being.

I moved out of state three years ago but still keep my Wings accounts and do my banking online or when I’m up in MN visiting. Wings has consistently provided excellent customer service, transparent communication, and continuously improving digital services. I feel truly taken care of with Wings. I started my account when I was very young and their bankers helped advise me on financial things I was not knowledgeable about. They were very patient and helpful. “We went to this branch about 2 months ago to open up account for my spouse. Within minutes we were greeted by the Branch Mananger, Ronke Oyinloye. She helped us open checking account not only for my spouse but also for me in a very short period of time. She was super nice to us and very knowledgeable, guided us about different products that the bank was offering and explained about everything that we needed to know. We were very lucky to have her on that day.I wanted to give 5 stars review to this branch but because of the bank's policy, I had to deduct a star because of 2 things:1. When opening account, we have to deposit a min balance and for that, the bank couldn't use our debit cards from other banks to deposit the funds. (Only cash was accepted)2. We had to use an atm that was in the branch and the fees were a bit high like $4. (plus the existing bank charged us for some other fees).Apart from this, all the staffs seemed very nice.”

“I just started getting tips at work, so I now have to regularly stop at the bank and deposit cash and coins. I swear usually the bank teller is super unhelpful. Leaves me to my own devices with the little paper as if I haven’t spent my entire life in poverty.
Anyways I don’t know his name- but a nice gentleman who just moved here from Arizona went above and beyond to help me, and didn’t make me feel like a broke loser. Counted all my cash and coins and didn’t give me grief about anything once.
I will for sure be driving out of my way to come to this bank and see Arizona Man.”
