“I was hoping to leave this review sooner but were in the middle of buying a home. I want to give a shout out to Shinna. We were in the process of selling our home and we met the guy to do the transaction of his check. Both parties were nervous about signing the check over and putting the title in his name. Shinna was very understanding of the situation and very patience with helping both parties through the transaction. She was very helpful on helping us letting us know she would be available in the drive through if the lobby was closed. We made it back in time, She could tell I was super excited about selling our house so when everything was done she congratulationed us on the sale of our home and was excited with me. “I have had seriously the best experience working with Genisys Credit Union in Eagan, specifically with Jynah Lash! Every time I go in or call, the staff has always been helpful. There have been quite a few times where I needed help on something, got stuck in a bind, and needed to understand possible options. I am so grateful I was able to first speak with Jynah in that specific time who was so patient and stayed on the phone with me for a long time answering all of my questions and concerns on other matters/situations that were going on in life. Before talking with Jynah I was feeling a little blinded on what options were available. Jynah went way beyond what I have experienced with any bank or credit union by following up, helping me understand, educating me on options, and describing long-term plans that I would be working with that would fit my goals overall. She was so good that I followed-up with her on another more recent matter and again she literally saved the day (more than a day)! I cannot give this credit union, and especially Jynah, more stars. This last time, I was waiting to know results on an application and was she was excited and genuinely happy to give me good news (which is rare these days)! I use her now as my main resource when I have questions because she is beyond knowledgeable, capable, patient and helpful. Even one person can change a place for the better or for the worse, she has become the face of Genisys for me and it was already a good credit union, but now it is a major resource because of how helpful she is on so many levels!”

“I've been using this location since the Lakeville location closed a few years ago. I have nothing but great things to say about it. The entire staff has been nothing but helpful with everything I've needed, and I know I'm a difficult customer. I bank in Minnesota, but I work internationally, so quite often I'm needing to call internationally or even email the branch about an issue. The branch manager Shane has been EXTREMELY helpful over the last few years, and without his help I would have needed to find another bank. They've helped me to work around the world without needing to worry about my money. I honestly can't say enough nice things about the people at this branch.”

“A few months ago, my 2 credit cards locked up for weird reasons (I knew I had accidentally hit “subscription” on Instcart app by mistake and another day on Walmart online caused issues on my 2nd card.) The friendly staff knew what’s wrong with them so they let me to have a new 3rd credit card so now nothing problems with that. I knew it’s not fraudulent because I only made some mistakes with my credit card because it’s an accident pressed on some “Subscriptions”.”
