“Chase on South Robert Street is hands down the best! I was at the inside ATM, forgot my PIN, and one of loan staff caught my “uh-oh” face instantly. He didn’t even wait for me to ask — just walked over like a mind reader and said, “I think you need a hand.” ? It was spooky accurate but in the best way. He walked me to someone who could fix it right away. Between that and the super welcoming, friendly team, this place makes banking feel easy and even enjoyable.”
“Today I went into the BofA Bank in West St. Paul, MN. I was met by Manager Drew, and he was immediately impressive. There was a glitch with set-up of my credit card recurring payments. Drew handled it perfectly, clearly explained, and summarized what he did to fix the problem. Not only very capable, but very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Even when it looks like they may be short people, everyone seems to be doing all they can to help customers. I am impressed with the overall service I have gotten there through over 10 years of banking with US Bank.”
“Walked in with some complications with my card, and the friendly representative asked me right away if I needed help, and she made sure I got to the right place to solve my problem. I only waited 5 minutes and a nice teller made sure everything was okay and I was able to withdraw some money I needed. Very helpful staff, and very polite and friendly.”

“I just started getting tips at work, so I now have to regularly stop at the bank and deposit cash and coins. I swear usually the bank teller is super unhelpful. Leaves me to my own devices with the little paper as if I haven’t spent my entire life in poverty.
Anyways I don’t know his name- but a nice gentleman who just moved here from Arizona went above and beyond to help me, and didn’t make me feel like a broke loser. Counted all my cash and coins and didn’t give me grief about anything once.
I will for sure be driving out of my way to come to this bank and see Arizona Man.”
