“I love banking here! I occasionally use the lobby and the staff is always friendly, helpful and you get through quickly. I mostly use the drive up tellers where Meaghan and/or Amanda are always quick with a smile and greet me by name. They are always very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, accurate and prompt with their service getting cars through quickly while still being attentive and friendly. It helps make banking a very pleasant experience and my Chihuahua Gracie loves seeing them too. Thanks for all you do and I have and will continue to recommend Old National Bank to everyone.”

I recently got married and absolutely had to go to branch to file the name change. I just want to compliment on the girl who helped me, Bai Xiong. She was beyond accommodating and professional. I honestly will only go to her now when I have to go into a branch. She made me feel so comfortable even asking to see my wedding pics. Made me feel like much more than just a customer. I truly felt valued. I hope management acknowledges her value as she is a superb representation of your company. Reps like Bai are the reason people become long time customers.”
