“Tony was great. We visited to check out a Urtopia Joy Carbon electric bike. Tony reviewed all the features of the bike with us, contrasted features and design choices with other models, went over available accessories, set us up for a test ride, and sold us on two bikes. My wife had a blast zipping around the building and loved the ride. We are retired, achy, and are excited about resuming bike riding to increase our activity for our health. A really good electric bike shop. Highly recommended.”
“My winter bike had a frozen corroded seat post that I was not able to remove, even with heavy tools. I almost gave up on the bike but thought that I'd give Erik's service a try. They worked it, were able to extract it and cleaned it up nicely, saving both the frame and the seatpost! Nice job! Thanks!”

They are willing to help with any questions. Short story, I’m a novice. I tried changing my own pedals and cross threaded the crank. A few parts later and it was fixed and ready to go in less than 18 hours. Kip and the crew have earned a loyal customer!”

She was so encouraging, and she guided him to learn one skill at a time till he was pedaling like a pro by the end of the lesson.”
