“Another voice in the chorus singing the praises of Pat and Haas Collision & Glass. Their autobody and glass work has always been top notch. The biggest differentiator for me is how Pat deftly navigates through any questions and curveballs that might accompany an insurance claim. I wonder how clueless I may seem about the whole process, but Pat doesn’t let on. He simply takes care of everything. Once I talk to Pat I know I can relax. They are a small (and busy) shop, so it may take a little time to get your work scheduled. For me any wait is a small trade off for the peace of mind and satisfaction that I get working with Haas.”

Communication between insurance and shop (assignment) took some work to straighten out--which was likely my insurance company's fault. The communication between shops could be improved--a few details were missed when my work was transferred to another shop. Easily cleared up during a call and visit but the process/systems should be improved to reduce work.”

“The Team at Maaco Burnsville are solid and a breath of fresh air in this lack-of-good-service environment that we all live in.
My wife and I have a disabled child who requires a wheelchair. Our Honda Odyssey has a ramp system in the van for him. The van hit a rock at Scout camp and had quarter panel and trim damage. This was super sad as the van had only a few thousand miles on it and was very new.
I called Maaco and talked to the owner (as they specialize in repairs of these types of vans) and I felt super comfortable. Maaco made the whole process easy as custom trim parts needed to-be-ordered.
Maaco worked directly with Progressive once my claim was filed which was great. I picked up the van recently and was greeted by the owner who I know hires only excellent employees who care.
I drove away in my Odyssey that was repaired and detailed (washed and Armor All on the tires) where it felt like a new vehicle again.
I HIGHLY recommend them for repair!”
“Just had a dent taken out by Steve. The paintless dent repair was great. Turned out fantastic. There was one spot he couldn't get too because of a weld in the corner of the door. However he did a remarkable job at attempting. Since it didn't come out all the way, he dropped the price he quoted.Awesome service, and friendly. Highly recommend for the paintless dent repair. Will be back for other services in the future.”

“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”

“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”
