In late August I got my car back. My staff member was Brad Robinette. I was frightened because I was the victim of a break in. Brad was patient and explained eve y part of the process. During the 2 weeks they had my vehicle Brad was attentive and gave me updates without me asking . Brad also is very responsive. When I was looking at a abody shop different reviews kept saying Raymond’s. And now as someone with first hand experience I can safely say. I too recommend Raymond’s. Brad thank you so much for going above and beyond and being detailed.”
“No one wants to have to go to a collision place but if you do go here!!! For real. Honest, kind, helpful. All the things you don’t expect at a car place! I can’t sing their praises enough. When my car was ‘totaled’ they helped me through the process and provided a loaner which was incredibly helpful (other places did not even offer one) and were extremely flexible and understanding during the whole process. I had to go in today for a minor problem on my new car and the gal fixed it on the spot which she didn’t need to do but man, it’s those moments when you’re feeling down and folks go above and beyond that make you realize you’re in great hands. I’m telling everyone to support this place! I’m a native St. Paul girl who moved across the river but I’ll always come back here. Thank you, truly.”

“Easy. The job they did looks great. Marshal offered an extra perk. The car was not only washed outside, but the full interior was vacuumed and every service was gone over with a treated cloth. Car looked and smelled great. I was told 4 weeks. They took three weeks and three days. It just seemed like forever without a car being dependent on someone else. A rental was too expensive just to get out a few days.”

“I had a great experience with Caliber Collisions and their staff was amazing, especially Marty who did my quote! I scraped my car door and went in for a quote to have the paint fixed. To get it professionally fixed would have been very expensive and the staff let me know that it might be better to go with a more DIY route. I know very little about cars, so it was really nice to see that they want to make sure you have all the options. They helped me remove the transfer paint free of charge and I did the DIY paint option. It's good to know that I have an auto body shop I can trust to give me the best option for me, not just the most expensive one!”

“haas collision & glass was absolutely phenomenal. i was rear ended and within a week they made my car look brand new! i had a few hiccups with my insurance and aaron was very kind, responsive and supportive during the entire process. they even vacuumed the inside of my car and wiped down my dashboard for me free of charge, which was a delightful surprise! they were quick, thorough, kind and just all around wonderful. i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs assistance after a collision :)”
