“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “I had a limited amount of time getting ready for a long haul to northern Minnesota. I just did my own headlight assemblies and no shop wanted to help out aligning lights. I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. This place was super friendly and really helped me out, they have certainly earned my future business. The very much so demonstrated they care about anyone that walks through the door. “haas collision & glass was absolutely phenomenal. i was rear ended and within a week they made my car look brand new! i had a few hiccups with my insurance and aaron was very kind, responsive and supportive during the entire process. they even vacuumed the inside of my car and wiped down my dashboard for me free of charge, which was a delightful surprise! they were quick, thorough, kind and just all around wonderful. i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs assistance after a collision :)”

“I went and drove to the shop with out an appointment on 09/23/2025 I had some minor dimple/dents on the right upper top of my 2022 Ram 2500 truck bed (black color truck) black is very hard to keep clean
And imperfections stick out like a sore thumb i'm very OCD derek came out asked what he could do for me.I showed him my truck and the issue with my box side.He took a look at it and he said I can get it done tomorrow it'll be 150$ told me I could bring it in Saturday after leaving the shop, I got a call from Chelsea saying that derek could actually come tomorrow 09/24/2025 he could do it at my house in the driveway. I said, oh perfect.I told them that I am working.And what time I would be home from work roughly. I texted Chelsea that I was home and she replied that derek was on his way as soon as she texted me that derek had already pulled in my driveway!!!! Derek came out.
Started getting to work on my truck immediately!!! He was done in about 15 minutes!!!!! Told me to look at the repair and see how it was from before and WOW!!!!!! Derek did an amazing job.I am so happy and pleased with the services and my repair that he did on my truck.I highly recommend derek snd Chelsea excellent communication and great dealing with very easy the repair ended only being $100!!!!!!!! Thank you again guys!!!!!”
“Someone sideswiped my driver side view mirror off and I was concerned it would be really expensive since it was heated, and had an indicator and it was electric. Northside helped me identify a place to get the part sourced affordably and when I came with the part installed it in a half hour. All in it was less than $250 when I was quoted near $750 without used parts. I’ll be back.”
