“What a lovely shop! I appreciated the tags on each varietal with descriptions and pairings. I left with an excellent wine from Cyprus which was fascinating. Nice selection of liquor/cordials as well. Small parking lot accessible from Grand St. or the alley behind the building. Street parking as well. Handicapped accessible. Between Violet Wine and Small Hours a couple blocks away, NE MPLS has wonderful wine connoisseurs! Support local businesses!”
“I had been searching high and low for some Vilmart for New Years, when the sweethearts at Vinai sent me here. What a find. Expertly curated to pull you in and foment conversation, their selection of natural and organic wines isn’t just for the fad followers but fit for any occasion—sitting on the couch or hosting everyone you know. Beyond that, their staff’s depth of knowledge is formidable and they are not just open to chat but delightfully friendly. Leslie, the owner, wasn’t there, but I am looking forward to taking advantage of the classes and discussions I am told she offers.”

Loads of THC beverages, a health selection of hard liquor, and one of the best local choices of beers and seltzers. I love that you can buy singles. And, the owner/employees are always friendly and helpful. This is probably my favorite local liquor store - highly recommended.”

Staff has always been polite, only issue is everytime I have asked about a specific product if it's available to order or possibly get it's always been a flat NO and confused expression. ( And yes I understand if you have a specific distributor there's only so much you can get) However, it leads one to believe they don't care or have no desire to learn or research t or expand the knowledge of the products they sell. It is frustrating especially since I live 90 miles away but go by them everyday to work, so granted I have many other options to stop enroute. But I am just one person so it doesn't really matter”

The selection they carry, in terms of spirits, is quite impressive. Being a bartender and someone that appreciates the vast expanse that is variable nuances within the flavor profiles of different liqours, I could have spent a long time looking at all of the spectacularly curated options. I don't know wine very well, but my guests do, and the staff gave me helpful pointers about decanting an hour or two ahead of imbibing. Thank you for your expert and thoughtful assistance! We are so lucky to have gems like you in St. Paul.”
“This place is a great community staple for liquor shopping. There are many locations with pretty wide selections of booze and beer along with very helpful, punctual and friendly staff. They unfortunately dont have any snacks, soda or much other non-alcoholic mixes/drinks. But they sell cigarettes including menthol! Plus the cheapest BIC lighters you will find for only $1.50!”

So friendly to everyone that walks in the door. Only place i go to for my beverages. Would rather give my money to these Great people than some franchise liquor store that only cares about getting rich rather than any cares about customers. But this store is not like that.
