“This location did an amazing job of repairing and replacing my back bumper and a portion of my lift gate after a fender-bender accident. Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. “Outstanding service! We lost a serp belt at 5pm on the interstate, 300 miles from home, and they were nearby and open. We pulled up and told Mike the situation. His sister pulled the car out of their single stall, and pulled ours in. He had a quick look around and determined the alternator/AC compressor/etc were working, and the serp belt had frayed off. His sister ran to the parts store, got the belt, he installed it, and we were back on the road about an hour after we got off! And we were shocked at how little they charged us for this extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable service, all when we were in a bit of an emergency. He even gave us some tips on maintenance as we were finishing up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is!

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”
