“My wife and I have been using Quality Auto Care for the past 10 years any time we have car problems. It's never fun when your vehicle isn't working, but these guys are amazing and make the process as painless as possible. They always call to let me know what the problem is and give me an estimate of what the repair will cost, so I've never been surprised by a bill. The prices have always been very reasonable. When my 20-year old car started leaking oil, they found multiple other problems, and rather than trying to sell me on an expensive repair, they basically told me it wasn't worth sinking any more money into. They didn't even charge me for the appointment. Also, I would never buy a new or used vehicle without having them inspect it first. They've been so helpful and prevented us from buying a vehicle that had multiple issues. I can't recommend this place enough. They treat their customers well, they're honest, and they do great work.”

“I realized 30min before Johnson’s closed that my other headlight (so both) had gone out and I wouldn’t be able to drive to work in the dark the next morning. They were so kind and took me in last minute to help get my headlights replaced even with only 15 min left of their day being open. He was so helpful and I couldn’t be more greatful. I will be taking any more business up there even though I live 30min away.”

“Recently purchased a used vehicle for my son. Noticed an issue with driverside door closing, but not sealing/aligning all the way. Went for an estimate to see what is wrong and the cost. Ferris checked out my car and after some review, he thought a simple adjustment to the latch could do the trick. Sure enough a quick 10 minute adjustment and there was noticeable difference. Ferris did advise that if I noticed the air sound as before it may be the seal. I was in and out with in 15 minutes and a plan moving forward. Ferris was kind enough to do the adjustment free of charge. Lucky for me the small adjustment worked and I rode home in silence! Thank you Ferris and Superior, you've earned a customer for life!”

“Mike at Roy's Service saved our weekend! We were driving into town for the music festival and our car broke down a couple miles from his shop. Being the weekend we thought we were kind of screwed. We called Roy's, Mike answered and told us to bring it in so he can have a look at it. Luckily it was a fix he was able to do over the weekend. He called us later that day, explained the problem, found a cheap part at the salvage yard and got our car fixed up. Being from out of town we were worried about price gouging but Mike did the opposite. He found us a cheaper part than we were expecting and charged us for only 45 mins of labor. Despite having to drive back and forth from the salvage yard on top of the car labor and multiple phone calls with us to keep us informed. The car was fixed and ready to go Monday morning and has been running great since. Mike was incredibly friendly, showing us his cats and explaining how he got each one. He also had our old fan assembly connected to a battery at his shop to show us exactly what the problem was and how he was able to fix it. We cannot recommend Roy's Service enough. We hope we are never in the situation of needing a car repair in the Minneapolis area again, but if we are we are calling Mike!”

“I absolutely recommend Heppner‘s autobody. For having to pursue a service out of need versus want they absolutely made the experience one to walk through with the ease. Great communication, updates along the way, kept their word for when it would be done from the very beginning, the phone was answered every time I called and the vehicle was pristine when picked up! I have been recommended this place by another and they absolutely earned their reputation, oh and their quote was very fair per the three that I had collected! Thank you, Mason! Thank you, Heppners.”

This is the place to go to feel confident in your repairs and service, to know you're not going to be sold something you don't need, and to receive fast and friendly service. Luckily, I live just down the road, but I would drive out of my way for service like this!”

“Once again, this business did not disappoint! Mario and Henry worked together like a well-oiled machine to figure out my battery and starter issues. They spent a TON of time making sure that they had done absolutely everything they could. I walked away with a clean, new battery installed as well as some direction as to what my mechanic would need to help me with. I was incredibly thankful that your business was OPEN at 5:30 on a Sunday as well. Keep up the good work! (Sorry Henry, you musta missed the photo opp.)”
