“Outstanding service! We lost a serp belt at 5pm on the interstate, 300 miles from home, and they were nearby and open. We pulled up and told Mike the situation. His sister pulled the car out of their single stall, and pulled ours in. He had a quick look around and determined the alternator/AC compressor/etc were working, and the serp belt had frayed off. His sister ran to the parts store, got the belt, he installed it, and we were back on the road about an hour after we got off! And we were shocked at how little they charged us for this extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable service, all when we were in a bit of an emergency. He even gave us some tips on maintenance as we were finishing up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
“I’ll stop here to get gas every once in a while when I’m on this side of town! Only downside is that this is the second Sunday I’ve come to add air to my tire and it seems that they turn off the machine on Sundays. Other than that, it’s a great small business!”

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

When the towing service recommended by the auto shop blithely said to call at 8am day-of and it'd probably be about 90 minutes, I decided to shop around and found these folks. They gave me a scheduled time and a price quote, and made sure to ask what was wrong with the vehicle so they knew how to handle it. Their driver called when he was on his way, showed up on time, loaded my car carefully, was courteous the whole time, and safely delivered my car. I got an invoice for slightly less than the quoted price. Good experience at every step of process.”

He arrived when he said he would, he traveled to two separate auto parts stores with my son, took him back to where he resides, and got the battery changed in absolutely frigid temperatures.
