Staff at our local store is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the place to go when you're trying to find a specific tool or piece of hardware. In addition, they love to have dogs visit, and carry a good assortment of dog foods and treats.

This is a fine hardware store. When I can't find something elsewhere, they got it. After a few times this happened, I wised up and started going here first, and as a result, last.
