First a young staffer looked at it and then he and (I assume) a manager behind the counter looked at it and between them they found the issue, fixed it and gave me advice on how to deal with it in the future. It didn’t take very long but I wanted to pay for their time & effort. They declined. I will be coming back for a lot more goods and services. Old time service!!!”

Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Wifey and I had a bunch of hairline cracks in our 15 year old American Standard toilets and decided to upgrade to something that would last longer, so we went looking for Toto toilets, figuring that if a place Carrie’s Toto, they probably carry other quality products and want what’s best for their customers (I initially found Toto by looking at Reddit for best, longest lasting toilets) We ended up going with the Toto Drake, which was recommended by both Reddit and Michelle as being top of the line, long lasting and best at getting the yuck down the pipes. Montaggio is the real deal, Michelle was friendly and helpful, was funny and graceful about a topic that can be awkward (flushing, potty humor etc), and was a patient and kind communicator. Zero pressure, no BS, just excellent hospitality and service”
