How to greet class today? It was very challenging, but in the most positive way. I highly recommend alchemy 356 for anyone who's watning to up the progress on their fitness goals

Very nice and beautiful gym. Fancy pools and sauna, as well as courts and studios. Not crowded at all. It closes early since it's in downtown. Parking is not easy and sometimes unpleasant pedestrians

There are 3 member parking spots outside. The unmetered parking is on North 10th Ave. North 9th Ave is free until 9 AM and North 3rd St is free after 5 PM on non-event days. We recommend downloading the Minneapolis parking app for metered parking.
