Very nice and beautiful gym. Fancy pools and sauna, as well as courts and studios. Not crowded at all. It closes early since it's in downtown. Parking is not easy and sometimes unpleasant pedestrians

I was an Alchemy 365 member from 2017-2019. After two years of LOVING my membership, I made the difficult decision to leave and try something new. I was at my peak physical and mental health, weight, and in the best shape I’ve ever been in. But I left and joined another gym to see what else was out there. I always had a small gut feeling that I would regret that decision as the new workouts I was doing at my new gym just weren’t giving me the same results that Alchemy did. Then the pandemic hit and the option to go back to Alchemy wasn’t an option. After almost a year of quitting working out, bad eating, and no motivation, I found myself at such a low point mentally and physically that I knew I needed to go back to the place that made me feel SO STRONG; physically and mentally. I rejoined alchemy in April 2022 (I believe) and not going to lie, it was TOUGH getting back into the swing on things. But that’s one of the reasons I love alchemy so much. The coaches are so supportive of EVERYONE, no matter where you’re at on your health journey. They are encouraging and make you feel so welcome from the minute you walk in the door. After now being back at alchemy for almost 4 months, I can see my body getting stronger, my mind is clearer and the motivation just keeps coming. I will always be grateful for the community Alchemy provides , not only through the coaching but through the other members and the community that comes along with it. Being a baseline shy person, it’s nice to feel comfortable in this community that has always been so welcoming to me and all it’s members! I can’t recommend Alchemy enough.

I am a fitness guru and Alchemy is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. They actually care about you as a member and not as a number. Community matters here, no matter what location you are at (they have several locations around the twin cities as well as in CO). The workout of the day changes every day so you are constantly being challenged with new movements and utilizing different muscle groups. During class, it almost feels like you are working with a personal trainer, yet have others around you cheering you on! Alchemy every day for me!

I love this place - after my first class I was hooked. I love the positive vibe the coaches bring to each workout and how encouraging everyone is. It's been easy to step out of my comfort zone in that supportive environment! I'm sore and tired, but also calm and encouraged. Love love love.

I went to a free yoga class out on by Alchemy at Parallel Coffee last summer. It was fantastic and inspired me to take them up on their free week trial. I went in not really knowing what to expect. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly enough and introduced me to the instructor beforehand. I informed the instructor that this was my first time at Alchemy. At the beginning of class the instructor introduced me and the rest of the class was very welcoming. At the end of our warm up session we did cartwheels across the room. Not knowing how to do a cartwheel, I just stood there while the rest of the class watched me. It was absolutely mortifying. Next we did weight circuits. One of the circuit stations was a bench press. I told the instructor that I had never bench pressed before, she indicated that the other people in my group would help me with form, safety, etc. I ended up nearly dropping the bar on my chest after a few attempts. The spotter caught the bar before it dropped completely. At no point did the instructor come over to assist, or offer any guidance whatsoever. Why was this role left to the other members? This gym is all smoke and mirrors; there is almost no emphasizing on safety, or proper technique or form.
