Needs a weightlifting belt or two! Otherwise the facilities are very well ordered. Has something for everyone.

There was no loud group classes, therefore I didn’t have to play my headphones to deafening levels. But I still chose to ??♂️ the staff didn’t interrupt my workout for grunting, my girlfriend did. That sounds wrong it’s not what you think.
