Beauty by Design is owned and operated by local designer and tailor Deborah Block. Deborah has been custom creating one of a kind wedding gowns and unique women’s formal wear for well over fifteen years. In addition to custom clothing she is also very skilled at alterations and re-purposing garments. Re-purposing clothing is known as up-cycling which is a topic Deborah is very passionate about.
