Calhoun Square has potential as a vibrant shopping and community hub. It has seen many updates, including new shops and bars, and remains a central part of the Uptown area with convenient parking nearby. The property is well maintained, but the venue is underutilized and lacks overall upkeep. Many stores are closed, giving the space a somewhat empty and quiet vibe, with only a few shops still open. Once a busier place, it now feels more like a ghost town, though a new business has recently opened, offering hope for future growth.
This place is fighting hard to recover. I think they can, if people give them the chance. They hosted an awesome small business Saturday event.

Not what it once was, unfortunately. Crime and violence have turned this place into an unrecognizable shell of its former self. I have hope that Calhoun Square will revitalize, but that may be a long time coming.

This place was a ghost town on a Saturday afternoon. Sad to see after being away for a few years.
