I was surprised because I didn’t think that cereal would taste that good blended into ice cream, but I was amazed after I tried the Crisp’N Cream. The boba ice cream as well is devastatingly delicious, I especially love the mango jam. The Thai tea is also exceptional.

This is definitely a great place to do some business related activities. Perhaps a few units of work. An agenda item or two. Anyway, not only is this colonial, it's a warehouse. It's a win-win.

Parking is sketchy at the moment, but the building is lovely inside.
