Cook Automotive Enterprises is a smaller shop with friendly and helpful staff. They provide amazing and great service, taking great care of vehicles with honest and knowledgeable work. The staff takes time to explain problems, what needs to be done, and keeps customers updated. They are able to get customers in quickly and conduct reliable work. Some reviewers note the shop can be a bit pricey, but add that you get what you pay for. Customers feel it is a good place to support and would definitely recommend them for getting back on the road.
Amazing service. My car was worked on by Scott and he was amazing. Everyone at the shop was helpful and took the time to educate me and listen to my concerns.

I was leaving for a long trip and needed my oil changed and a thorough ounce through for the trip, which they were able to get me in very quickly, which I did appreciate. My only negative comment would be that I felt that it was a bit pricey.

Had a warning light come on & I knew something was wrong because my vehicle was misfiring. Took it to Cook & they identified the problem as a spark plug that needed to be replaced. Easy fix. They had me back on the road again! Thanks Cook Automotive! You are great!
