Just ok. Make sure you have all that is needed to rent the car they don't let you know the extra details. No cash, card used must be chipped if using debit card must show a current bill with same address that is on card using & $200.00 deposit. Ask questions because they do not inform you of their policies and not all policies are on their site.

I reserved a vehicle when I arrived they told me that to rent that vehicle I needed a credit card. I had rented before and they never asked me for a bank debit card, so I spent more on Uber than renting the car, they should explain it to the rental manager.

They don’t answer your phone calls I was on hold for over an hour then they closed and held my deposit 3 days after my rental was returned. Just terrible.
You make it your goal to give every customer a great experience- well you’ll never make your goal with what your function capacity is at currently. Don’t go to this location unless you want to loose hair and waste time and have your money held captive- your due diligence would be reprimanded by taking your money but they can’t serve what they expect from you within their rental agreement policy. Garbage.

If I could put 0 I would went to rent a car because my car got broken into went through my insurance company said it would be no issue called and talked to employee andre said it would be no issue get in there this morning and was told I can’t pick a car up because the insurance policy isn’t in my name after being told that would not be a issue. Will never use enterprise again awful and employees that have no idea what they are talking about

I asked for a car that had not been smoked in. I picked up the car. Drive home. Went to use it later, strong odor of cigar smoke when the car was first started.
I didn’t call to complain, as the Enterprise Agent promised “ to call in 1-2 days to switch my car” as the full sized auto reserved was not available. “We will have a full size auto available in the next 1-2 days.”
Never heard from the Enterprise Agent.
NEVER TRUST them. I do not recommend Enterprise!

I had made a rsvp to pick up a rental, called earlier in the morning to push my rental back because I hadn't been feeling well that morning. Spoke to a male at the location that told me that I didn't need to change my rsvp time if I were still going to show up that day. He said he went ahead and changed my time. and went over the docs I needed to rent since I was paying with a debit card. (my CC is maxed bc of the holidays) so I was using a debit card. Upon arrival, I was the only in the place, still waited only to be told my rsvp was cancelled and that they don't accept 3rd party debit card providers. When I asked these questions over the phone , the male didn't say that. and I'm sure he was the one at the counter I spoke to over the phone. voices sound distinctively the same. I took a lyft there and wasted more money having to go back home. 😒

They call you twice everytime you rent, leave voice messages, and there is no way to opt out or change it to a text or email. Once prior to pickup and once after return. They call this a "courtesy", it's not its invasive and annoying. I called the store and told them I don't want phone calls/voice messages, and was told it's impossible to opt out.

I’m a platinum member! Got my car stolen after coming in from out of town and they wouldn’t use my out of state Drivers licenses. Couldn’t go to airport due to not having a plane ticket. What better way to treat loyalty customers!!

Alena was so helpful after we had an accident and needed a car to return home 4 hours away. She secured the last SUV available for us while we negotiated the complicated world of insurance to determine who had to pay for it. Quick, smart and nice to boot. We would def rent from here again.

The employees at both the downtown Minneapolis Enterprise and the airport where outstanding. I had an early morning flight from Minneapolis to Milwaukee and made arrangements with the downtown location to pick up my car early in the morning. Upon arrival, the young man who greeted me asked which airline I was flying, politely said I was at the wrong terminal and gave me directions to the correct spot, he ran to his coworker to ask to let me out of the gate. When I arrived at the next terminal they quickly took the car in gave me directions to the tram and I was on my way. Fantastic group; you certainly are doing some things right. You have a customer for life.
