Great service for my annual sharpening and a wide selection of individual knives. Love that this allows for a custom upgrade to knives one or more at a time but skipping the filler knives you may not want or need.

Sent them 3 knives, one damaged and it was still less than $40 including fixing the chunk out of the one knife. Great job. Will definitely use them again
