Goodwill is a thrift store that offers a wide selection of items, from clothing to home goods. The store is generally clean and organized, but the inventory can be hit or miss, with some reviewers noting a lack of new or desirable items. Prices are a point of contention, with some customers finding them to be "ridiculous" and "outrageous," especially for branded or higher-quality items. However, others have noted that the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has a sense of community. The reviews highlight the store's strengths and weaknesses. On the positive side, the staff is praised for their kindness and helpfulness, and the store is described as a place of community. The selection of items is also generally good, with one reviewer finding "plenty of the glass bowls" they were looking for. On the negative side, the prices are seen as too high, especially for basic items, and the inventory can be lacking in new or desirable merchandise. Some reviewers also note that the store can get messy, with customers not always cleaning up after themselves or keeping their children under control. Overall, Goodwill seems to be a mixed bag, with both positive and negative aspects to the shopping experience. While the staff and sense of community are appreciated, the high prices and inconsistent inventory may be a turn-off for some customers.
It’s clean & organized- there just isn’t a lot of stuff!

The shop is clean and organized but the shelves are empty I live close by so I stop in a lot. There's seldom new stuff. Anything decent in the clothing department is 19:99 $ The Goodwill on University ave. Is a much better store.

Prices are ridiculous. And if something has a tag from somewhere like REI……well look out! What happened with thrift stores converting to blatant price gauging on secondhand clothing??
