Greyhound: Bus Station is located on Level B, the lower level of the parking ramp, which can be a bit confusing to find. Visitors should enter from 2nd Ave and follow the signs to the entrance, with a waiting area nearby outside of Target Field. The station is generally quiet, clean, and well signposted, making the boarding process quick and simple, though having some English skills is helpful. The facility includes vending machines, a microwave, and clean bathrooms. Staff members announce bus arrivals, assisting travelers in navigating the station. Although the location has moved to the basement of ramp B, this new station is well-maintained. Transit information can be sought from Minneapolis transit drivers, who are known for their patience and knowledge. Overall, Greyhound provides a reliable service for those needing to travel, with positive experiences shared by customers.
It's ok. Definitely not the worse Greyhound bus terminal I have been to, but not the best.

It's a new station, I believe. They have vending machines, a microwave which is cool and the bathrooms were clean, the station in general is clean. They have the people that announce when your bus is going to come.
