First off we were attended to upon arrival and assigned a sales-person, Michael. This gent was very patient and thorough and made the process so comfortable? I ended up with an amazing 3-line plan, only slightly more than I was paying, 02 brand new iPhone 17’s free, and a great overall experience! I am hopeful my T-Mobile experience continues to be above-average. Michael at this T-Mobile location is ‘the man’!”
