“Add one more voice to Jay and A2Z's stellar rating. I happened to be in the neighborhood getting some skates sharpened and saw A2Z's sign so I stopped in. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!”

“It is a street level business that is on Washington Ave. It is accessible by the Metro Transit green line and blue line train stops, which stop about 2-3 blocks away, and Metro Transit City Buses, which drop off very close to the store. It is a cell phone, and I believe, a small electronics repair shop. My phone was ready within 1-1/2 hours as promised. Multiple restaurants, some bars, Walgreens, CVS, coffee shops, etc., are within 1-2 blocks.”

“Although I initially had some issues setting up my iPhone 15, Cam was extremely helpful in simplifying the process and solving my problem. He was extremely friendly and in a great mood despite being the only employee on site, and I watched him help 3 other people within a few minutes before getting to me. He used translation services on a few customers who spoke another language and went out of his way to serve everyone who needed help with understanding. Cam is a perfect example of what service means.”

“Now this place can be overlooked because of the road and building construction but look for it if it's in your neighborhood, or not too, especially if you use metropcs.These guys or gentlemen I like to call them, treat me with so much respect and are willing to go that extra mile. (Could it be the grey hair and added cane I have for a bit?)nahhh, observing them they are great with all their clientele. I have been with them for a few years now and would recommend stopping in or checking out online their deals, some of the plans if you qualify for are amazing, I don't know if I should do this but I am going to, how about your plan 30 bucks off a month? If you pay 50, it's 20, 60 they add a perk and it's 30, you have to see it, and if you are hungry there are restaurants and tobacco stores. So yup, this is my store that i go to and yes I'd definitely give it a thumbs up to anyone who would like to go there.”

“This Cricket Store is AWESOME!!! Stevie the store manager goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right! My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! Their sales are the best times to shop! 4 stars because I worked at a Target for 3 months in Texas and was the number one red card sales rep in my region. I've been to this target numerous times and nobody ever offered me a red card.”
