“I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

Visiting from Alaska for a sports tournament and my son needed to get a new phone. Debated on ordering and shipping to the hotel or going to a retailer. I'm so glad we opted for a retailer.
Directions were on point. It's street parking and we were lucky to get a spot right out front.
The store is a nice & big space. Fan/AC was on - inside was very cool on the hot & smoky day.

Gabrielle was super helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the differences in the phones and showed us case/screen protector options. After deciding on the phone and case/protector, she installed and set it all up
We were in/out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone working was friendly.
This was the best and quickest Cricket visit that I've had and I've been with them for about 10 years...better than my home state experiences.

“I had the pleasure of being helped by Jeyden Ruiz. He is such a joy to talk to and get help from! He was so patient and kind with me while I was setting up my plan and getting my phone up and going. I am so glad that I landed with him. I also did not feel like he was pressuring me to buy extra stuff, but just explainging the benefits of things and letting me decide while providing a recommendation. I was at a different T-Mobile store before and left because I felt like they were trying to sell to me rather than being honest. I really appreciated Jeyden doing this and ended up buying the extra stuff since he explain the benefit without pressure.
