About Minneapolis Impound Lot
The Minneapolis Impound Lot handles vehicles towed for violations like expired meters or blocking driveways. The required process involves payment, which customers note can be over $200 combined with tickets, and having current registration, insurance, a valid license, and money. If prepared, the transaction itself can be very quick, taking as little as 5 to 15 minutes. Multiple reviews highlight that the staff at the lot are consistently described as kind, friendly, helpful, professional, empathetic, and personable, even when customers are frustrated with the towing situation or the city's parking signs. While the experience of being towed is understandably stressful, the employees are noted for being efficient and sympathetic during the retrieval process.

Very helpful. My 81 yr old dads car was stolen and we got it back. We had to jump through a few hoops, but it was nobody's fault. The car was stolen so.

This was totally on me, I parked on a rush hour 4-6pm street. The printing was very small, but still my bad.
And that doesn't reflect on the people that work there, to a person, they were wonderful. The cashier was a doll, and the driver was excellent.
