Open Arms of Minnesota is a nonprofit that cooks and delivers free, nutritious meals to people living with life-threatening illnesses in the Twin Cities. It is a wonderful place to volunteer, with a wonderful staff and a great cause, making a real community impact. Volunteers make and deliver great meals to those in need. It is a compassionate company, a truly amazing organization, and a beautiful location full of beautiful people. The team has great energy and passion, with a clean and well-managed process to serve many people. The organization provides delicious medically-tailored meals, operating on the belief that food is medicine. It is a beautiful company doing beautiful things.
Open arms has been amazing to work with. My dad receives their meals during the week. He says they are so fresh and full of flavor. And it’s a different variety every week. It just makes me feel so good that I know he’s getting healthy nutritious meals that he can warm up.
