In my company costumers are the most important. You should tell your employees that costumers are more important to you too. I ask Bryan for help and he said that he needed to stack before he could help me. So he said ( it’s going to take a while ). It looks like management is not doing his job

The WORST store in the state. If you are a professional or any kind, the pro-desk will be absolutely useless to you. They ignore you when you're standing at the desk (waiting 20 minutes or more sometimes for an acknowledgement), they will pull CRAP wood, forget to pull your order altogether, send it to the customer service desk instead of keeping it at the pro-desk so you're all over the store trying to find the order....the list goes on. They will not get one more dime from me or my company.

As a contractor I usually visit the pro desk and they are always good.
