Hours: The Bridges Dinkytown offers student apartments near UMN with a great location, providing a super close walk to West Bank and about a 10 minute walk to East Bank. The views of the city are gorgeous and definitely a selling point. The apartments themselves are super nice and very homey, featuring fully furnished units with spacious living areas, private bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The amenities are pretty well kept and amazing, making residents feel like they get their money's worth, though the gym has machines broken pretty frequently. Management is overall helpful and kind, and maintenance is super timely and helpful with a fast response time. Everyone that works in the leasing office is super nice and helpful with any questions. However, there is rarely anybody at the front desk or available in the office. A common concern is cleanliness upon moving in, with apartments sometimes being very dirty or having items that are broken, cracked, or chipped. While these are often relatively easy fixes, it is a noted downside. Residents also wish for more events and opportunities to meet people, though there are great events hosted periodically. The rent is reasonably priced and affordable, though some wish for more weekend availability in building operations.
