Tower Hill Park is a quiet, tree-enclosed grassy area that offers excellent views of the city skyline from its iconic tower, the highest natural point in the city. Visitors can enjoy a paved trail leading up to the tower, which provides panoramic views and photo opportunities. While the tower may be closed at times, the park remains open and accessible, with some benches available for sitting and enjoying the scenery. The park has a simple, peaceful atmosphere, often featuring people practicing Tai Chi or families of turkeys. It is also a fun spot to explore, with a history of being used for activities like setting up terrain parks for skiing. Additionally, the park hosts events like Gnomeapolis, adding a playful touch to the experience. Overall, Tower Hill Park is worth a visit for its scenic views, peaceful environment, and occasional artistic and recreational activities.
Worth a visit! There is street parking only but I enjoyed my quick park and walk to the top. The view of the skyline is excellent. There are a couple benches to sit on the enjoy the view and while I was there , there were some artists using that spot to paint which I think is quite a nice idea
