Decent hotel. Great price. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was decent. Good location. Not much parking in the area, but that's more of an FYI. They do have valet, just didn't want to spend that kind of money, when a block away it is 60% cheaper.

Perfect for business travel, no kids or noise. Not much within immediate walking distance, but if you can walk 10 minutes plenty of choices.

In town very briefly and was missing some key items. Jerome was the nicest dude. Helped me find parking, got me a phone charger, and was overall amazing. Give that man a raise. 10/10 because of that man.

(further from the armory than indigo, just go to indigo) Terrible hotel, but a roof over your head. The quality of the rooms is mid at best. There was gummy snacks from a previous guest stuck under the bed frame which I cleaned so I didn't get charged $100 over a gummy. Parking is absolutely ridiculous and was not mentioned online when I booked. The receptionist tried to charge me $300 after I had already paid $250 online. Bed frame was more noisy than any other I've experienced in a hotel. Bathroom supplies smell awful and literally everything they sell in relation to this hotel is upcharged 200-300% ($5 for an ice cream sandwich is absolutely absurd and you should feel disgusting for allowing that). Lobby is clean, but not built to accommodate a hotel or 1000 rooms with no microwaves in them. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a microwave because theyer too cheap to have more than one.On top of all of that, house keeping slamming doors and yelling in rooms while I'm sleeping was the last straw. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay too much for a mid hotel.

Great hotel! Clean, easy to get to breakfast and other amenities. We had a short stay but it was easy to get everywhere we needed to from this location. To find the hotel however is a bit tricky and it would have been helpful to understand that this hotel is actually inside of another Hilton hotel. That was odd. However it worked out once we checked in and got our bearings.

This hotel has become our favorite place to stay. Staff has been amazing. Special thanks to George for being such an outstanding employee. We have returned to the same hotel just because we enjoyed his presence and service at breakfast so much.

I honestly just want to gripe about parking. The room was fine to good. And the location is pretty damn good. But the parking. $47 PER 1 night, on top of $7 valet to park it every time you need it. What a scam. The directions for alternative parking 2 blocks away was confusing but other guests actually helped me figure it out better than the receptionist, And it was a better $7 alternative. And I could not find any answers on whether I could just park on the street after 10pm -8am the next day (Fri-Sat). If you're visiting, might make more sense to just Uber.

I had a wonderful stay at Homes2Suites in Minnesota. If you’re going to a Vikings game, which is why we were in Minnesota, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, it’s a 10 min walk to US Bank Stadium and a 30 min train ride to Mall of America. If you’re looking to save money, take the train to Mall of America instead of spending $30 on an Uber. The train is only a 5-7 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and George's friendly and attentive service made sure everything was on point.Rooms were clean; no complaints there.I did encounter an issue with my booking due to a mix-up with Capital One, but thanks to the exceptional assistance from Shylynn and Nick, we were able to resolve the problem smoothly. Their help made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm grateful for the exceptional service provided by George, Shylynn, and Nick.

Absolute killer location downtown. 6 blocks from US bank stadium, and it is a pleasant walk. Booming downtown area, restaurants everywhere. Breakfast was simple, yet effective. The staff was stellar at every interaction. We appreciated the sharing of information on how valet worked and that they would be backed up about 35 mins and to call ahead before heading down, and breakfast times and elevator workings, etc. Very professional and informative. Check in was alittle crazy a few hours before Monday Night football, but is to be expected. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Fantastic hotel and service.

Customer service was top notch. The breakfast and relaxing area is top notch. The room was very clean and had all that I needed. The location is kind of weird with the only benefit being that it's so close to the train line for the airport.Rooms: Very clean and enough space for what I needed.Nearby activities: Bar district is a 10 bar district is a 10 minute and there aren't that many bars but enough to have a good time. there are a few good restaurants nearby. Football basketball and baseball stadiums are walking distance. University of Minnesota is a long walk or a very quick train ride.Safety: The hotel was very safe. Between the hotel and the train line on the weekends feels like a ghost town but I can imagine during the week it's busy. The train line has some derelicts on it, but I never felt threatened.Walkability: The downtown area is very easily walkable. The train line to the airport is so very close.Food & drinks: Breakfast provided was very adequate. Coffee, fruit, water available all day. There's also a little convenience store of snack food at the front counter. There are a few restaurants nearby and they were very good.Noteworthy details: Staff is outstanding

Location, location, location=outstanding! Overall the cleanliness and atmosphere was a solid win. Staff inside was awesome, required valet was lackluster at best. Rooms were clean and spacious, a bit more storage would be a big win for them and the space allows.Nearby activities: Close to all the major sports facilities. I walked for blocks and seen a lot of the area which was clean with a lot of awesome options for dining and entertainment close by.

Wow! George who was running the breakfast buffet is fantastic. He had my husband laughing at 9 am. I also witnessed him help an elderly women make her plate. He really did go above and beyond. Please recognize this man for his hard work. Hospitality is George’s middle name.
