Attended a conference at the convention center and had a lot of stuff to ship back. Called this UPS and the man behind the counter was SO helpful in getting me to the UPS store and taking care of us and everything we had to ship home. I don’t know what I would have done without him. So thankful!!

I work near this UPS and frequently go to this location. Isaiah and Ivory who work here are absolutely superb ! They are extremely friendly, helpful, professional and patient. They always have a smile on their face and always know how to handle any situation. They honestly make my day whenever I go to this location !

The staff here are amazing. Helpful, courteous, and offer to help or explain anything. This was incredibly useful to me as a new customer who was not familiar with all of UPS's services. They also explained how prices compared with USPS and were just very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always superb service, attention to detail, customer oriented service in a clean, tidy, and well stocked storefront. They care about their customers! Isaiah is the BEST!!! He makes my day whenever I’ve interacted with him—which is saying a lot about “a routine trip to UPS!” He’s knowledgeable, polite, friendly, eager to find smart solutions, so personable, just wonderful! Visiting the city and need to get something notarized. I walked around and came upon the skywalk where I found this family owned UPS. I was helped by Isaiah who scanned, notarized and emailed my document. We talked books, business and economy. At the end I had to do this review to spotlight black owned business and the excellent service I received. Thanks Isaiah and the recommend on the books, I’ll definitely check it out!!!

I called and asked if I could have a certain package held, and they said yes. When they got the package they turned around and returned it to sender, costing me 150$. Never using this store again.
