“The customer service is what you would expect from a luxury dealer like Porsche, but with that said people don't always live up to their brands reputation. In this case, they do. I don't have one of the higher end models but even so, from the moment I arrived I was treated with respect, honesty, and truly felt welcome. Before they completed any of the work, they sent me a video of MY car, and walked me through the plan for full transparency before I threw down my credit card. Jerry Jr. Towed me to the lot & Jerry Sr. Arranged to fix my car sold me a nice $4,000.00 car to use while mine got fixed(Only took 2 days but I needed a car)almost 3 years later I'm still driving or my son is driving the car I bought from Jerry. “Heard bad things about the place and I had to see for myself…bought an 06 Cadillac from them and for the 3 years i had it no lights are on and I had not one problem with it and I only put 20,000 miles on it…don’t believe the hype any car you buy can last as long as you take care of it I would give them 6 stars if I could”

“I want to give them 5 stars but I just can't. They promised they would put a hold on a car so I could purchase it the next day. They ended up selling the car while another car I was interested in slip away because they said they would hold this one. I get why they did it but it affected me negatively. I believe they are truly honest people who got caught in a sticky situation who went with the money. I can't blame them but it will still prevent me from doing business with them again in the future.”

Since many of these are older vehicles, they will probably need some TLC after purchasing them. I know the employees at the lot go through the vehicles and make sure they are in good condition, but it’s not like they do an exhaustive inspection of everything. And that’s true of many used car lots. If you are looking for a budget vehicle this place has many options available, but it’s also wise to have a budget for after purchase maintenance.
Finally, I would unreservedly purchase another vehicle here.”
