Our mission is to elevate our community through wellness, fitness and education. The V3 Center is a community-inspired health and wellness center where young people and families unite to improve their well-being. The V3 Center offers aquatic programming (such as swim lessons, water aerobics, lap swimming) and ARC lifeguard training, and houses state-of-the-art amenities such as a high-tech hydrotherapy pool, fitness floor, personal training, group fitness activities, on-site childcare services, the Soul Bowl restaurant, the John W.
